Our services include online/offline counseling and therapy sessions, which are personalized and scheduled as per the client’s requirements. Once a session is booked, our counselors allocate their time exclusively for you.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.

• If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the session, the booking will be considered non-refundable.

• Rescheduled sessions are subject to counselor availability.

3. Refund Policy

• Single Session Bookings: If canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the full amount will be refunded.

• Monthly / Package Subscriptions: Refunds will be processed only if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and before utilizing more than one session.

• No refunds will be issued once services have been substantially delivered or if the package has been partially used.

4. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

• The exact time frame for the credited amount to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Services

• Any promotional or discounted packages are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
